- Training received through an Accredited Training
Program, OR
- Evidence of completed training, which meets the
National Occupational Standards
|
|
- Three (3) years bus operator experience within
a consecutive five-year period including the year
of application
|
|
|
- Holds an applicable valid driver’s licence
for the sector to which Certification is being sought
AND
- Completion of the Certification Journal duly authorized
by a Registered Evaluator(s)
|
|
|
- Certification applicants are required to consent
to abide by the Code
of Ethics for bus operator practice
|
|
|
- Up to December 31st, 2012, applicants meeting
the following qualifications are eligible to apply
for Certification under the Grandparent Window
- Three (3) years bus operator experience within
a consecutive five-year period including the year
of application
OR
For specialized active bus operations personnel
(e.g. trainers, managers, safety, labour representatives)
three (3) years career bus operator experience.
- Completion of the Certification Journal duly
authorized by a Registered
Evaluator(s).
- Consent to abide by the Code of Ethics for bus
operator practice
